One of the major reasons I wanted the new iPhone 4 was the improved camera quality. The video it produces is as good or better than my two Flip HD cameras in my opinion. I often shoot videos of accidents, fires, or other interesting things while I travel around. Uploading them to Youtube from my iPhone in HD was something I was looking forward to. Well if you try to simply upload a video from your iPhone to youtube it will compress and reduce the size of your video to a SD quality.
My workaround was to download a free app called pixlepipe which allows you to upload HD video to multiple sites including youtube, vimeo, facebook and more. The above short clip was uploaded via my iphone directly to youtube using pixelpipe.
