Wind Farm Parts on BNSF train

Spotted this last last night coming into Everett. A BNSF northbound with several components for wind generators. The nacelles and various parts of the unit are clearly visible.

The long blades use a double flatcar to move them. The train was running fairly slow, I’m guessing there are some speed restrictions for the unusually long parts.

 

 

I ran up to Marysville to catch it again from a closer angle. I lucked out- the rain paused long enough to set up for the shots.
