I recently reviewed the mophie juice air pack for the iphone- I really like this battery pack and love the extended life it gives my phone. Sadly it is on it’s way back to mophie for a repair or replacement.

A few days ago I noticed the micro usb connector was a little loose. A day later when I tried to plug in the usb cord the plug in was floating around and basically impossible to plug in.
;)
I contacted mophie through their website and was quickly given the instructions on how to return it. The emailed me instructions and a pre paid UPS label to send it back. It is in their hands now.. I’ll let you know how it ends up!

This same exact problem happened to my case but I don’t have the receipt because it was a gift. Do you think they’ll still replace it?
I’d email their customer service and plead your case. They were very responsive and seemed to work hard to make things right.
My 13 month old Mophie Juice Pack Air has the same problem as described above. Since it is out of warranty, I did not expect Mophie to replace or repair free but I did expect them to repair it for a fee. But no – they refuse to repair it.
I'm not happy and I told them so.
