November storm ends up being a non-event in Arlington.

The forecast was for some severe rain, wind and possible floods the past couple days. Other parts of Western Washington got hit with some good winds and some flooding, but not around Arlington. The Stillaguamish went over Phase 2 flood stage just briefly this morning. I shot some video of the river running swiftly at the 13′ mark. Other than a river swelling up a bit we did not get hit with much.
